The event begins at Castel Jalpì where the guest are divided in groups and every group, monitored by a professional Chef, gives them instruction & ingredients to prepare a delicious Spanish Paella!
The gala Show theme is the traditions of Catalunya. The show begins with the typical Catalonian human castle, go on with a quick & funny lesson of Sardana ( the typical Catalan dance), to end with the embroiling show of the Catalan Rumbeiros! A trip through the Spanish & Catalan culture & traditions!
