analysis, analytical mapping, trend analysis and ROI
effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
We analyze information from previously conducted research
projects, trade press reports, online databases and
interviews to gather background for primary research
efforts or for competitive analysis.
Qualitative research services:
We conduct focus groups, one-on-one interviews and mystery
shops to collect data regarding attitudes, purchase
patterns and the “customer experience.”
Quantitative research services:
We generate numerical data, including phone surveys, mail
and Web-based surveys.
